Subway restaurants are fighting obesity by sponsoring a contest that rewards elementary and middle school students for healthy eating and exercise. Students ages 5 to 14 can either create a video or draw a poster demonstrating how they stay “Fit Like a Soldier.” All entries received by September 27th will be awarded with a $5 Subway coupon. Two grand prize winners will receive $1,000 in Subway gift cards and a $1,000 fitness grant for the organization of their choice. Ask your local Subway restaurant if they are participating in the Subway Fresh Fit Contest.
